I got them from a French site that babel translator would not work on. I just played around on the site until I found photos. Here is the link! I just looked in the archive section.

The site also had some nice vintage war clips but again all things are in French.

Awesome photos...

There just don't seem to be many pictures from France in WW2. The documentary The World at War has a little bit, but I'd really like to get a bit more. Most of the photos I've seen are from after the fact when the Germans had steamrolled them.

If it makes you feel better here is another Mas 36 thats on the way to me (well after the layaway is paid off) this one was under 300.00. All matching with correct black painted finish. They are still out there!!
