It appears to be a stock mole, possibly the equivalent of skin cancer for a stock. The owners mind was in the sun a little too long and see what happened. Best Regards, Mark |

I'm not sure if it's silver paint or was machined from or cast of aluminum. WAY too much effort for the net result. SW |
