Got it in today! These are scarce in 10.4x47R caliber & those converted to 6,5 Carcano are much more so. The hard part will be finding a bajonet - might have to hit the expo in Ciney, Belgium next spring for that!

It's shown with an 1870 Moschetto for comparison. I mocked it up with the moschetto bajonet just to give you an idea.

The TS was used mostly by police - the moschetto was a cavalry arm. SW

i dont know enough of these to comment much save to say i think they are beautiful and i see the allure
