Found this at the local funshow. Appears to be all original. Rifle is duffel cut under the rear band. Does the sling look right?

Sharp stock cartouche & barrel band cut = vet bring back. AW letter prefix is from Terni made late 42 - maybe early 43. The sling... that late in the war, quite a variety of slings were used, so this could be legit. I'm not that sharp on slings, though. Overall, it was a good grab!!  SW

with no knowledge and experience im not going to contribute except to say it looks like a really nice example , i love to see folks still finding these old rifles and saving them , so many are getting cut and made into sporters these days , thank you foe saving this one |
