Here is some parts a friend found and he thinks they are Carcano. The round is 7.35 but has a double cantileir(sp?) on it and sounds as if it only has about 1/3 of the powder that my other 7.35 has. The clip I know is for sure but what about the oil bottles, are they Carcano bottles? Thanks |

Yes. Those are lead Carcano oilers. There are some on fleabay now you can see for a price idea. The bullet looks stock. I'm not sure about the double cannelure... Doc Av on Gunboards is pretty sharp about that sort of thing. I saw he also would not say your parkerizing was not legit. I wouldn't put much money either way, but never say never! neet looking oil bottles and clip , did those store in the buttrap ? or were they carried in the kit ? why lead ? |
