We had a lot of problems with spammers and bot attacks with the stock measures provided by the software. The 7 for registration was a fix that we came up with on our own that has worked quite well. Yes it is a PIA for both you and administration to put you onto your chosen username.
If you come back on and your login does not work retry with your username without the 7.

Thanks for joining us from the administration.

Does anyone else share my enjoyment of these old rifles? I got a little crazy over the weekend and bought one Swiss and two Italian. I'm not sure I understand the difference between them. I currently have a Swiss one that I really enjoy.

Thats one heck of a bayonet!! After you stabbed them then saw them in half!!

I think NebrHogger is one of the "nuts" I mean collectors of the Italian ones.

I have both. My Italian Vetterli is VERY accurate, and I won a postal match with it. Load information on request. SW

I have both as well. They are excellent shooters, always good for conversation at the range. One thing that jumped out at me about your pic, I think the rear sight is mounted backwards.
