The 7 for registration was a fix that we came up with on our own that has worked quite well. Yes it is a PIA for both you and administration to put you onto your chosen username. If you come back on and your login does not work retry with your username without the 7. Thanks for joining us from the administration.

This is a common post-war conversion that someone is trying to pimp off as a Kreighoff. It's actually one of the fakes hunters lodge has been trying to sell the past few years.

Actual worth? About $50.

....ah yes....I recall hearing about these before.....yup-very sad...not only cant you trust German "Gernman marked" items-now its even spread to these and other items.....I was dissapointed to find that a Star B with nazi eagle I owned once was humped by importer....there was a batch of legit ones-but not in the serno. block that I had...I sold it with that description for a lesser price than I paid.....buyer beware and do your research... :-o

That isn't even a "Hunter's Lodge Special" At least this faker tried to do it somewhat in keeping with german marked ones but see how off-kilter the numbers & the HK markings are? That would be from one stamp not made up of several the way this one appears to be. Now if it were russian......... :lol

You can see from the electropencil that it is a standard post war mod.

You do notice the number of bidders lined up to jump on this WWII Gem :hah:
