I got these from Crazy Crow for pics with the flintgrinder kaintuck made for me. ( thank yew, kaintuck!! ) The knife is a regular Chicago cutlery #92 boning blade. Can't recall who wanted pics, but here ya go!

The hawk is stout! I tried it out on dead trees out in the buttes & it didn't take much effort to sink it into the wood. Also the repro Italian fighting knife described elsewhere. SW

That stag handled "hunting dagger" you bought off me would make a decent buffalo hunting style knife.

I think that one would work best for hand to hand trench fighting. That or bleeding out a deer before cutting it up. SW

Since we're talking about it, I might as well post pics. The stag handled "Camping knife" is shown here with my repro Italian fighting knife and an Italian folding bayonet converted to fighting knife.

The folders are expensive these days. They were held in such contempt as a bayonet not many came into America. Finns commonly threw them away as "not even good for opening a can of beans".

This one has had the muzzle ring removed for use as a fighting knife. The catch button is gone, too. I collect Italian fighting knives, so if any of you gents see an altered Italian bayonet like this, please pass the link or seller's info! SW
