How much are these knives worth in "mint origional condition"? Long scabbard model.

Not sure on the value , if it's original but check the links for a little info. I did see a repo one for sale for $200.

i think these are worth a kings ransome if authentic , they are very much desired [id love to have one - but cant pay for the real thing] its the authenticity thats a problem , some of these have been copied - FS brit is another of these , to the point that paying the premium for the real thing means being very much an expert in these , im not , id love to see-handle-study & photograph one for just that reason ,

The fakes for all types of edged weapons are getting much harder to tell apart. The local antique guy sold a 3000 year old fake samuri sword, and even it had some value due to it's age. I guess Price depends on if you want a real or repo , and if you pay a repo price and it turns out to be real then its no big deal, however the other way around might really sting.

3000 years ? yes - id say after carbon dating that fake id be all over that , didnt realise anyone was collecting back then ,

i think you made a sale for john , i dont see it there , id have liked to have at least seen it as its as close as ill get to one
