Attention New Members and those new registering! We had a lot of problems with spammers and bot attacks with the stock measures provided by the software. The 7 for registration was a fix that we came up with on our own that has worked quite well. Yes it is a PIA for both you and administration to put you onto your chosen username. If you come back on and your login does not work retry with your username without the 7. Thanks for joining us from the administration.

This a modern copy of a horseman's axe.

Can you imagine what kind of damage something like this would have done
being swung from the back of a charging horse.

Would work quite well for foot troops also.

It's just so right that the "weed-whacker" is in the background.
I'm sorry, I'm still laughing at the thought of a guy with the axe in one hand and the whacker in the other running up on some poor guy screaming bloody murder... :lol

I mean no dis-respect, my imagination gets away from me sometimes. And it was the first time I had reason to laugh today. That's a good thing.
On a side note, what kind of damage would a weed-whacker loaded with say...a bike chain instead of nylon do(assuming it could handle the stress)?

Don't worry about the hijack.

I actually have a brushwacker it has a 12" sawblade on the end of it and will take a 2 to 3 inch tree down in one pass.

if you really wanna do some damage with your chain wacker try putting the blades from a flail mower on the end of the chains.
