Attention New Members and those new registering!
We had a lot of problems with spammers and bot attacks with the stock measures provided by the software. The 7 for registration was a fix that we came up with on our own that has worked quite well. Yes it is a PIA for both you and administration to put you onto your chosen username.
If you come back on and your login does not work retry with your username without the 7.

Thanks for joining us from the administration.

A Carcano bayonet altered for use on an Enfield. With the supply mess for both sides in N Africa, everybody used what was available and had sufficient ammo.

I lifted these pics from an Italian site where folks were showing their obscure stuff.

The muzzle ring has been enlarged - not sure if the catch has been altered - probably so.

Any of you gents happen to see one at a gun show, please get the seller's card. I'd like to grab one of these. Heck, I might even have to get an Enfield to display with it! SW

...bayonets are fascinating to me...I was shocked to find my boys got 0 knife or bayonet training before deploying to Iraq...and were issued neither...something comforting about a sticker on the end of the barrel...gave you another option if you heard the dreaded "click"...
