I had a Sig Sauer P250 pistol set up to shoot 9mm, .40 cal S&W, and 357 sig. But I could never get used to or like it's Double Action Only trigger. So I took it to a gun show to see what I could trade it, 6 mags, and a Fobus holster for. I ended up with this, sraight swap, no money changed hands. Now I get to personally do the AR vs. AK as I also have a Siaga AK type in .223. AR will have a high bar, because my Saiga is pretty darned accurate.

Not pictured, also has a black nylon soft case.

looks like you did well , ten mags and the rifle with sling - enjoy it , but be prepared to go through a lot more 223/556

Had a Saiga AK type, so I was already going through the .223. But...found a deal on Sportsman's Guide and a four payment plan for a complete .300 AAC Blackout upper for less than $300 total. Playing around with it. Went through forty rounds of factory ammo and kind of liked it. Just made 250 of my first reloads for that.

Oh noes, I went totally Bubba now! Bought me a complete .300 AAC Blackout upper. Sportsman's Guide had one for $239 with their Buyer's Club, which also let me do it in 4 payments. Already also have the dies and some brass. So far I am making some 150 grain FMJBT's and some Hornady V-Max 110 grain bullets.

Now is a good time to grab things like this. If the forces of evil win the election, they might be banned from manufacture... or... (pick your favorite negative scenario).

Palmetto had 30 round aluminum mags on special yesterday for $9 so I grabbed a few.

I seriously considered an 80% AR lower, but common sense prevailed - I don't think it would take much to mess one up. My next move is to find a deal on 1000 or more boolets. SW
