OOOH. I am crazy with envy. Congratulations. I qualified with the M14 in 1966 at Fort Dix. Hit almost all of the pop-ups. Easy shooter. Been looking for a way to afford one for some time. We were all disappointed when Jimmy Carter had most of them chopped up. I suspect that you will enjoy that. Bern |

Bern! Long time - no see! I tried the EER scope but I like the clean look & put it on something else. It shoots well with irons & I was smacking head size rocks out to 100 yards a few days ago. I also qualified with an M-14 at Lejeune... then we had to trade them in for Mighty Mattel plastic M-16s. I clearly recall the one a was issued was by TRW. SW |

very nice , you scored here i think , i still have my M1A and my M16civlian in my US accumulation that is mostly long gone now , those two i could not part with , i enjoy shooting them way too much to part with them , you will enjoy that a lot , with or without the scope - i have one on mine because it allows me to shoot the longer ranges that i love with the 308 but if i could i would also enjoy the irons on that one , |
