Well I was looking to get another and started finding parts and here is what I came up with. I bought a Bushmaster Lower with a green magpul grip from a local gun shop, I just picked up a black grip same style to swap it out. Then I picked up a bushmaster H-Bar flattop upper with free float hand guard. ordered a bolt and carrier along with a charging handle frome midway. I added a badger tactical lever to the charging handle. I bought a flat recoil spring from midway and ordered alocking pin from bushmaster to lock the upper and lower together. I picked up a Magpul butt stock and ordered a monopod for the butt stocks lower rail. I added a harris Biopod to the front and mounted a trirail topped with a BSA sweet .223 scope.I am in the process of getting a side mounted green laser with pressure switch for quick targeting.

question ........'locking pin - to lock the lower to the upper' ? was the rear and front pins missing ? or is this a true 'lock' pin of some sort ? im not familiar with ?

Well bushmaster calls it a Expandable Tensioning Pin for AR15 Type Rifles $36.95. I didn't have the rear pin so I ordered this one. I had one on my other rifle and they lock the upper and lower together real tight so there is no play. But you do need the allen wrench to get it apart.

I got the mono pod I ordered today and mounted it onto the magpul butt stock. I can't beleive it ! this thing is first rate, all metal and sturdy. I got the metal push button and the quick set option. I will take a pic of it when I ge a chance and add it to the thread. Here is a link to the company I got it from, They make all kinds. I think it cost me about $125 shipped when it was all done.
