Attention New Members and those new registering! We had a lot of problems with spammers and bot attacks with the stock measures provided by the software. The 7 for registration was a fix that we came up with on our own that has worked quite well. Yes it is a PIA for both you and administration to put you onto your chosen username. If you come back on and your login does not work retry with your username without the 7. Thanks for joining us from the administration.

I feel like I'm taking over the forum... but what they hay...

I know, I’m a Mosin-addict, Arisakaddict, and now an AK-aholic too.

Not content merely to work on a Tabuk, I’ve got an AMD-65 project going as well. It’s a lot easier (in some ways) than the Tabuk, and may even be finished first. . . largely because it doesn’t have a near virgin barrel!

Nice, let us know how it turns out. I've always toyed with the idea of building an AK, but never mustered the ambition. Looking fwd to lots of pictures! 8-)
