Saturday was a very good day for me. Since it was my birthday the Wife let me escape yard work and I hit a little gun show. I found a super rare Walther TP in .22 long rifle. I got it for what I considered a very fair price for its rarity and was delighted. A buddy who was with me thought it a ridiculously high price and that I was nuts to pay it, but there again he does not collect Walthers... I already had one in .25acp but the .22 caliber models are super rare only being introduced in 1967 and banned from import into the US in 1968.

My fault for arriving a day late. Just joined after my birthday and finding the site. A lot of great stuff here. I am pretty active on several other boards. I'm interested in most things that go bang, from black powder to belt fed.

I will be better prepared for the dancing gal next year. :bigrin:

....ol' Petey's just jealous I got to dance with Stella Bigboobinski from Krakow when she visited... HE wanted to(but she made some comment about him I cant repeat :rotflma:

) but I at least knew a few words and took her to the Best Perogie and Kielbasa place in Cleveland... :Dbounce:

...so I cant dance to polkas as well as I used to in my younger years-so what??..we still had a great time... :jmp:
