Can anybody chime in on how their ww2 or earlier Nagant revolver shoots? Mine seems to be all over the place. Single action is decent though. Thanks for replies! Eli Are there tracer rounds anywhere for that caliber? That would be neat to see what a bullet does coming out of it!

Not known to be accurate revolvers, and in DB action forget it. I had some luck with the 32acp cylinders Century sold for them. The original rounds are flat disk like projectile, not exactly great ballistics. Never seen tracer rounds for them.

I bought a bag of double end wadcutters from Grafs and those don't do too bad with a light load. Nothing for power thpough. Firing into soft pine @ 5 paces, you can see the boolet in the wood.

I think the Nagant was great for heroically waving while sprinting into battle... and little else.

It's still a fun one to mess around with. Wifey & kids can shoot it & not be bothered by recoil or excessive noise. SW

i did not get real great accuracy from mine , but i was shooting 32s&w longs out of it and they probably dont work like the proper cartriges would , mine held a decent 'pattern' but not superb
