We had a lot of problems with spammers and bot attacks with the stock measures provided by the software. The 7 for registration was a fix that we came up with on our own that has worked quite well. Yes it is a PIA for both you and administration to put you onto your chosen username.
If you come back on and your login does not work retry with your username without the 7.

so what happened to your BSA ? did we hear this story ?

i think he may be learening about ammo buying very soon - he is extra fired up here , and he also was asking the particulars on the ammo for the M4 too , do you supose he is thinking about getting his own for that too ? maybe im about to loose possesion of it ?

Oh, just used some Pakistani POF ammo in it, cleaned it out using Outers. Though I had it good an clean... now its rust city. Just listening to the cleaning patches when I was trying to get it cleaned back up was sickening. I havent shot it since. When I took the bolt out and looked down the bore it made my stomach drop to see what had happened in there.

Watch out, that M4 might be on the move soon!

the packastani is corrosive yet ? thought everone was beyond that by now ,

yes , im thinking he is working up to telling me that he has his own place for the M4 - im gonna miss it :( , but at least it will force me to shoot my others more :D , and if he starts buying his own ammo [possession dictates this - right?] ill have more of my own to shoot :grin: :grin: :grin: :grin: :grin: :grin: :grin: :grin: :grin: :grin:

That'll do a number on the bore. It will never be like it was but will improve the way it is now for sure

Use that & the JB Bore paste. It should clean it up pretty well

i got one of those to work on the rusty bore of an old piece , it looked to be a bit harsh for one you really cared about - are they safe for one that just has some crud not a case of corrosion ?

The bristles actualy flex & there are no ends to scratch. I only use them on bores that are pretty crudded up.
