Attention New Members and those new registering! We had a lot of problems with spammers and bot attacks with the stock measures provided by the software. The 7 for registration was a fix that we came up with on our own that has worked quite well. Yes it is a PIA for both you and administration to put you onto your chosen username. If you come back on and your login does not work retry with your username without the 7. Thanks for joining us from the administration.

Very nice! I like both those models, I would like to add one of each to my collection. But the price on the lugers has held me back.

You've got yourself two lovely pistols, thanks for sharing with us. Maybe some day I will get myself a Luger and a PPK. I was offered an Artillery Luger a few months back, but the guy was looking £2500 for it, a wee bit expensive for me.

Nice set of pistols -- the Germans sure knew their stuff! It sounds as though the vet that you got the PPK from is still alive. If so, you should have him write it's history down for posterity. So few of these weapons today can 'talk' of their history and this one hopefully still can. It would be a shame to lose such knowledge and the added plus is that if you ever display it perhaps, the statement will go hand-in-hand with the pistol.
Just a thought -- thanks for showing them to us.
