but does it hit your hand in a bad way when that happens? i realize the concerns for the carrier , im looking at it strictly from a collector/shooter point of view, what is the downside to a good gunhandler on the range? |

tetsau Did you use reloads made by yourself and if so what did you use? I took mine out one day and I was using Midway ammo and my 2 14's would not cycle the the rounds. There was not much in the power of the ammo also. Mybusa |

Here is a list I found on my other computer of loads. I'm not sure if I got it from here or ?? but I'll repost it and if this was someones post let me know and I'll credit it to them. Graf & Sons part number GRB32083 83 grain FMJ Huntington part number 6640A 107 grain FMJ The target velocity is between 900-1,050 fps which will match the Jap load data. Here are some loads I've used over the years. PLEASE, do not exceed any loads listed Charge Velocity Bullseye Start 3.0 850 3.3 898 3.7 981 maximum 4.1 1,040 W-W 231 Start 4.0 986 4.2 1,011 maximum 4.4 1,041 Unique Start 4.0 996 4.2 1,004 maximum 4.4 1,041 LOADS WITH LIBERTY'S 102 GRAIN CAST BULLET Charge Velocity Bullseye Start 3.0 952 3.3 974 maximum 3.5 1,034 W-W 231 start 3.5 942 3.7 971 maximum 4.0 1,071 Unique Start 3.5 934 3.7 997 maximum ?? |
