Attention New Members and those new registering!
We had a lot of problems with spammers and bot attacks with the stock measures provided by the software. The 7 for registration was a fix that we came up with on our own that has worked quite well. Yes it is a PIA for both you and administration to put you onto your chosen username.
If you come back on and your login does not work retry with your username without the 7.

Thanks for joining us from the administration.

I am a big fan of the Hi Power. Now you need to score a set of Spegel grips for it. SW

Would a Highpower be safer to shoot hot ammo in than a Beretta since it has more beefy slide?? I thought RWS would not hurt either???????? But since I have never shot any I am without knowledge as to whether it is normal or hot.

I think you would have to look up the published pressure for that ammo. Cylinder & Slide gunshop specializes in the BHP and they have said for many years to not try & make major caliber stats with 9mm in the BHP - things will come apart.

Maybe not detonate in your hand but will be battered out of spec.

I shot IPSC with a BHP and just took the points hit for minor caliber. I also used a stout recoil spring.

My favorite hand load for the BHP was a 115 grain boolet and 4.5 grains of Titegroup. Very accurate! SW
