I am looking for a reloading press that will accept RCBS dies , and I need to get the other little items as well. scale,case tumbler, ect... And the key word is cheap!

Best way to do it is look for a whole "kit" on special.

You can get by relatively cheap by going with a LEE kit but down the road
you may want to upgrade

This isn't too expensive

Now for really cheap & a great workout for your arms....

I started with a Lee hand press. All of my reloading stuff fit in a .50 cal ammo can. A case tumbler is nice, but I loaded for years without one. My reloads had this nice chocolate brown color, but shot fine.

A little crocus cloth ( before the days of scotch brite) to remove enough verdigris to get them in the chamber and yes a nice brown patina - was a long time till the tumbler- a Thumbler AR-1 rock polisher. I just had to order belts for it again. I just recently bought a bigger tumbler from Harbor Freight- $29. It works but tighten EVERYTHING BEFORE you use it.
