75-80% gun, unusual in that it has both crests on top of the barrel frame and Astra logo grips. Front nut just a bit buggered where someone(not me) took a pair of pliers to it trying to disassemble. One grip is cracked and glued, but it doesn't look bad. Want to sell it to finance something else I have in mind. $300 is the asking price.

Were you able to id the extra crest on yours (crown). And if I read the serial number correctly 107XX that puts it at around 1923.

Thanks

I did, but it was a while ago and I don't recall off hand what it is. I'll have to look and see if I can find it again.

Well this is what I found late last night. The source has been "off" some times but here is what it may be. It's too bad someone got to that barrel nut. I have one of those waiting to be repaired. Is the barrel nut numbered to the pistol?

Does the frame, slide and barrel match and is there any import marks other then the word SPAIN?

Spanish Carabineros contract Astra M.1921 semi-automatic pistol. The Carabineros were a branch of the national police force in charge of guarding the borders and operating the custom houses.

There is no import mark other than the word Spain. Barrel, slide, frame, and the one on the squeezer at the back of the grip all match.
