I think I know but Comrade Fearless Leader has the Steyr book & he will have to jump in. The buyer is a big hitter among Steyr collectors. SW |

You just don't see many of those around. Lots of Dutch mannlichers bur very few of the Rumanians. Even rarer are the 'Irish' export model of 1904, which were about identical but in 8X57 instead of the 6.5 X 53 rimmed of the Rumanian. I have a stock around here somewhere for the 'Irish' model. Now I just need something to put in it! |
