Hi There,
The Dutch called it the 95 because they adopted the rifle in 1895, I believe that between the Mdl 1892 and Mdl 1893 there is a difference in the extractor/ejector but do not know what the difference is. This was pointed out to me by a collector who did explain it but I have simply forgotten what they said ................. it was some years ago now.
Not sure what you mean about the one piece case and two piece case?
The trigger guard/magazine housing has a inserted block which holds the spring and shell lifter which is similar to the true Mannlicher M95, the straight pull which I have a sporterised one here.

I think I know what Tim means with the one and two piece case.
Take a look at the picture he posted of the magazinehousing of both rifles.
The M93 magazinehousing appears to exist out of two pieces, the M95 has a magazinehousing out of one piece.
Let me know if this is correct Tim.

Martin has it right-the outside shell is made in two pieces then assembled,thats why the "step" runs thru it. The left bolt face is the M93 with the slot in the bottom for the ejector.If you look to the rear of the magazine opening in the pic of the reciever the ejector is visible.-TR
