Attention New Members and those new registering!
We had a lot of problems with spammers and bot attacks with the stock measures provided by the software. The 7 for registration was a fix that we came up with on our own that has worked quite well. Yes it is a PIA for both you and administration to put you onto your chosen username.
If you come back on and your login does not work retry with your username without the 7.

Thanks for joining us from the administration.

I picked up a 98K..... Once again, you have found things I can only dream of finding and not having a dime to my name at the time.

I'm betting you have shot my Swede way back when.

Best Regards,

Mark

I was just going about, minding my own business, when I saw a sign in a pawn shop window Mausers $179. So I HAD to stop. Inside he had about five of the worst looking Mausers I have ever seen. But in the middle of them was a Swede. Now Bubba had gotten to it, he put in some plastic stock abomination, and drilled and tapped it for a scope. It had a modern 3X9 scope on it, so I decided to take it home anyways as I didn't have any 6.5 mm Mausers. When I took it to the range the first time, I hung a target out at fifty yards, figuring with it going through how many hands at the pawn shop, the scope would need re-zeroing. I was going to fire a few rounds through first to warm the rifle up, so I aimed it at a metal gong hanging at 250 yards. Fired the first shot and heard CLANG! That sucker was almost dead on at that distance. Never did shoot at that target at 50 yards. First range halt to change targets I moved it out to 200 yards.
