Attention New Members and those new registering!
We had a lot of problems with spammers and bot attacks with the stock measures provided by the software. The 7 for registration was a fix that we came up with on our own that has worked quite well. Yes it is a PIA for both you and administration to put you onto your chosen username.
If you come back on and your login does not work retry with your username without the 7.

I saw this on Bill's site and thought I would share.




The guy did not know what he had ( I would not have known ether without looking it up), and started the auction at $279 with no reserve. I bet he was surprised.

I read , .."(unknown at the time BBOTW was written) was swj XE,- they are very rare." but that to me wouldnt explain a 100X value. I assume a rare maker or strange mark, but that is a big big difference. Is that it?

From what they were saying over at Bill's, there were only 6 other known rifles with this code. If it had not been sportered, it may have gone for $40,000.

I like the lines of it. Shame for such a rare code to get chopped,, but I suppose the stock could be replaced and it put back to trim.

was it chopped? they were making the VG series rifles in the same time frame, and they had short stocks like that. don't know much about late german rifles (not my favorite flavor), but it MIGHT be original.
