Is there any collector value in the 1912/61 308 converted rifles? local place has one for $200, looks to be all matching, but looks like a one groove barrel.

Yes a 1912 Chilean converted in 1961. That sounds like a good price but talk to them and you may get it for less.

Are these full length or converted to carbine length? (I think I had moved one some time ago but can't remember any more......too many numbers in my head this time of year :lol )

If it's in good shape I think it would be a fair price. 1 groove huh? never heard of such an animal. Heard of 2 grooves
