The 7 for registration was a fix that we came up with on our own that has worked quite well. Yes it is a PIA for both you and administration to put you onto your chosen username. If you have a sierra #5 manual according to the burn rate chart IMR 3031 is between RE-7 and Benchmark. IMR 4350 is way down the chart and I don't have any idea how to figure a starting load other than filling the case to the start of the neck, weigh it and reduce 10 to 15%. Then it might be risky. Compared to the powders listed it is very slow burning. Take my recommendation with a grain or two of salt on the 4350.
