Yesterday's Weapons Forums

For the last couple of days I've been doing a lot of case prep for loading some 7.62mm NATO. Went to the cabinet and there was nothing but soft points in one form or 'nuther. No problem, run down to the Sportsmans Warehouse before work and pick up a couple boxes of FMJ or match grade bullets. Nothing! everything out of stock except soft points. Ok, run to the local small gunshop. Closed Sun, Mon, and Tues. Grrrrr! Always closed on my days off. Off to the local discount store. Very little choice. Half the shooting supplies that they used to have. You guessed it. Soft points!
Two lonely little boxes of Sierra MatchKing HPs in the very end of the shelf. $31.97 per box.
Walked out with one box. All I can say is they better hit the X ring every time at that price
