with the hot weather we're having lately, put it in a black plastic bag with some rags, and set it out in the sun. if it has oil soaked into it, the sun will pull a lot of it out. take it out every few hours to wipe it down. my dad did this with some turk stocks that came so covered in grease that the newspaper packing was stuck to them. after a few days, they looked great. y'all have a good day, Keith |
