Shown is different equipment of Germany and their allies. Of interest is the variety of grenades. Apparently rifle grenades were as likely to kill the shooter as the enemy - thus the array of rifles loaded to be fired remotely. SW

This style rifle grenade featured a rod in the barrel. If a regular round was used to fire it instead of a blank, things wouldn't go well, so they were often fired from mounts like this.
