Attention New Members and those new registering!
We had a lot of problems with spammers and bot attacks with the stock measures provided by the software. The 7 for registration was a fix that we came up with on our own that has worked quite well. Yes it is a PIA for both you and administration to put you onto your chosen username.
If you come back on and your login does not work retry with your username without the 7.

Thanks for joining us from the administration.

Very neat, special and well-documented items from your brother-in-law. I always thoroughly enjoy looking at true 'I-was-there' pieces of history like those.
Just for what it's worth, over on another site a fellow posted a photo of a Japanese data plate, asking for a translation. He stated it came from a Kamikaze aircraft and that is why he purchased it. Oh - the plate was in nearly-new condition.
Had to tell him that something that actually survived a Divine Wind attack was 99.99% unlikely to come out so unscathed. Guess I'm just a suspicious guy by nature though... :-?
Thanks again for the photos, Mario.

very nice memorabilia , i also enjoy seeing the actual evidence - it makes it real ,

BTW , if you look of period photos most of the guys turned their bills up on their ball caps , navy flight crews and army air corps as well , i wonder what the current "gangster followers" might think if we all started following these heros of our country and turned ours up instead of cocked-off-to-the-side or backwards ? :lol
