Wow, I wish they did that over here on Veterans Day. It's getting better, but IMHO we could do better. Rad, In the Netherlands all Veterans receive a Veterans pas when they leave the service. Met vriendelijke groet, Martin |

...the links said show a pic of you in uniform,or come in uniform,or military ID,or membership to VFW/American Legion,or DD214.... ....there arent many places around here that do this-but I did see there's an Applebees about 10 minutes ride from where I work....I may just do this for the first time ever and get me a lunch... ....since I dont quite resemble myself from back in those days after all these years I think I'll just take my DD214 copy and drive over there for some grub this Thursday... ...here's what the requirements are U.S. Uniform Services Identification Card U.S. Uniform Services Retired Identification Card Current Leave and Earnings Statement (LES) Photograph in uniform Wearing uniform Veterans Organization Card (i.e., American Legion and VFW) DD214 |
