The 7 for registration was a fix that we came up with on our own that has worked quite well. Yes it is a PIA for both you and administration to put you onto your chosen username. If you come back on and your login does not work retry with your username without the 7. Thanks for joining us from the administration.

Last frame looks like a close copy of the old Detroit Diesel/Allison V-12~ minus the supercharger and rad.
Original frame on the "car" looks a little big for V/W...
The Opel GT sitting next to it is probably worth a few bucks.

my family was still driving a pre-war vehicle for a couple years after that photo , think of the great cars sitting there if we had them today in that condition ,
