Crank starters - chain drive - spare tires - a shovel on a race car??? ... #16 looks like it has a 2 cyl John Deere engine! Helmets & roll bars? Ha! Only sissies use that stuff!! I think I saw DW and Jarrets rookie pictures in there. Looks like they drew a pretty good crowd in that first picture. |

I see early disc brakes and headers on them things.Thats like the roots of racing there.
