If you come back on and your login does not work retry with your username without the 7.

Never been much of a die hard fan, driver, or owner. They were however, quite eye catching cars, and fast off the line when they were working right...

Any guesses to what it is? I knows the model and year. Hint : the modified air inlet on the front hood is not original to the car....

Looks like a Dodge Charger - possibly a '69. I had a 68 Roadrunner in my younger days, and wouldn't I like to have it back! SW

It looks like a charger too, but the rear lights look like a Dodge Dart.

I'll go easy on you guys with this.
Hogger came very close....
It's a '68 Dodge 500, last of the Coronet line.
The original ram air intake on this car was a 2 section slimline.
The give away is the bullet point scoops behind the doors.
It's got a big block in it, and the owner did a burn out coming off the station lot.
Sounded like a Hemi to my memory starved ears- probably a 440.
The decal 500 badging is of course missing off the rear quarter panels.

Regards,

Doc Sharptail

I saw the scoops, but did not know how to set my search to 68 Dodges with that feature and I don't know if all Coronets have this.
