For anyone who runs across this thread and realizes Herr Mario's link is no longer valid, the gun in question is a classic English double worth a considerable amount.
It is known as a J.V. Needham.

yes it is/was i once had a similar [LC SMITH i think] but it burned in a house fire back in 86
