im looking at picking up a 410 single shot , its a "continental arms co" has a 3in a circle by the chamber and it in fact chambered a 3" round , has a pattent #1787004 , top of chamber says 'selected forged steel' im going to do a search but whats this worth and anybody have an oppinion ? |

Without seeing it, I'd guess the value around $75... less is better. I can't offer much on the maker - probably a 'house brand' made by someone else. I shot my 1st grouse with a single shot 410 - and a gaggle of starlings & sparrows. While some scoff at them ,they are fun and a great way to tune up for doves or snipe. ( yes, I have actually gone after snipe, and they are tough to hit) I hope you get it. SW |

oddly enough thats the base line i got as well , from the seller - i think scheels or gander mountain offered that , i suspect he is fishing here - ill make an offer and see what comes of it , i dont want it to get scrapped out , its better than that [even tho i have absolutely no use for this] |

OK , thats where im going with it - if i get it ill post photos , im warming to this one , its a 410 and i dont have one right now and i do need one i think ? i was hoping to find a nice double - O/U or SxS , that would be fun , but i guess a SS break is close enough to let me play |
