Attention New Members and those new registering!
We had a lot of problems with spammers and bot attacks with the stock measures provided by the software. The 7 for registration was a fix that we came up with on our own that has worked quite well. Yes it is a PIA for both you and administration to put you onto your chosen username.
If you come back on and your login does not work retry with your username without the 7.

I started this project 15 years or so back. Got hold of this action and a new rifle barrel. Yesterday I profiled the barrel to sporter dimensions and will cut it off at about 19". Called Great American Stock Company tonight looking for a mannlicher stock for it. Henry said he would find what he had and call back. I'll take some pictures.

I got the stock, and instead of a 1/2" barrel groove the inletted it for the full military barrel. Now I have an oversize barrel groove. I wrote and told them my displeasure. I have an almost original 94, has the stud under the nose cap ground off and someone put a receiver sight on it at some time. Cut a notch in the stock and did some filing on the receiver. Other than that its a pretty rifle. roy

I was at a gun show in Lexington, Ky at about 1990 and I am pretty sure two dealers had M94s and they looked in original condition. They were selling for about $80. The barrels did not look cut down and the stocks were unmodified. I wish I had bought some, but you can't always see that far ahead.
