Attention New Members and those new registering!
We had a lot of problems with spammers and bot attacks with the stock measures provided by the software. The 7 for registration was a fix that we came up with on our own that has worked quite well. Yes it is a PIA for both you and administration to put you onto your chosen username.
If you come back on and your login does not work retry with your username without the 7.

Thanks for joining us from the administration.

8-) very nice looking - did it come with the scope or did you have to add this yourself?

Very nice, hope the mag works well for you.
I might try a twenty round mag on mine later on, a thirty shot mag just seemed a bit much on a semi auto, but I seldom fire more than ten to twenty rounds of centerfire when I go to the range these days.

My stock is hiding in the corner weeping with shame.

Got an unissued correct Yugo stock on the way though.

Ill put off experimenting on the old stock till I get some photos of it, then do a step by step tutorial on the radical rebuild I've got in store for it.

I figure to build up the surface with fiberglass and glass bed it also sealing all interior surfaces with fiberglass. When I've reshaped it to suit me I'll paint that one and use it as a weatherproof outdoor stock.
(The as issued stock will remain untouched and the rifle will reside there the vast majority of the time. I hope it looks as nice as your stock does)
If it looks good I may have a friend who casts custom car parts try his hand at copying it in a synthetic, maybe make a small run of the design.

One thing I'd like to add to the modded stock would be a Garand type "C" grip and the general proportions of the Garand butt stock.
