Attention New Members and those new registering!
We had a lot of problems with spammers and bot attacks with the stock measures provided by the software. The 7 for registration was a fix that we came up with on our own that has worked quite well. Yes it is a PIA for both you and administration to put you onto your chosen username.
If you come back on and your login does not work retry with your username without the 7.

I already posted my first one here, but I thought I'd drop in with the official hello. I'm the new chick from NC. Been shooting 9 years, bought my first rifle seven years ago, it happened to be a milsurp. I strayed for a while, but came right back around. I work in a gun shop for a living, and as I tell my customers... I've almost completely lost interest in modern guns at this point. Belly buttons, I call them.

Yeah, my poor Carcano. It doesn't shoot anymore since a very evil Bubba really screwed it up, but I couldn't stand to watch them cut it in half.

I'm guessing it's a Gardone VT. A handguard can be made by altering one for an M38 short rifle. All you need is a belt sander then cut-n-try.

The bayonet & hanger are getting hard to find, though. SW
