So, 62 yr old Army vet, 13 years in and combat vet of Desert Storm attached to the 3rd Armored Div there. Left the Army in 1993, and in 1996 went back to college and became a Registered Nurse. Worked as an RN for almost 20 years, evenyually becoming a house manager of a medium sized level 2 trauma center.
Had a stroke in 2016 which resulted in some deficites in reading, memory and lost 50% of my visyal field, and since 2018 have survived 7 heart attacks.
A long time gun collector, been collecting since 1977, my first gun was a 12 gauge shotgun used for squirrel hunting. Graduated to milsurps when I started collecting, and have gone through three collections through my life so far. I pared down the last one to help with medical and other expenses, and oddly enough, seems to be growing again. How does that happen?
I am an accumulator rather than collector, buy what interests me. I have the gamut from a 2 band Sargeant's Pattern Snider up to a Czechpoint VZ58 in 5.56.
