civilian Italian youth carbines for non-fascist families. These were mostly used in the colonies. Like for whacking meercats that mom would then fry up for supper.
Since it's for civvies, no bayonet or fascist symbols. Shown below with Carcano cav carbine for size perspective. Oh! Custom 7 line per inch free-hand checkering!
The stock finish has been removed & I think I'll add some minwax to darken it. The magazine is steel so I'll try cold blue on that. Amazingly, the bore is decent! Firing pin is intact. I should take it out for a few shots, but I've been up since 9. No, the 9 before that.
It's no Socom, but I got it for pocket change. Just the price range I like!
