Got this by mail, after reading some positive reviews on various and sundry airgun forums.

It's a Discovery 3-9 X 40mm A/O. Made in china of course. Relatively bright and clear glass, about the equal of the Bushnell Banner and A/R series. Rather than a drop zone reticle, it has a mil dot reticle with slashes at the 1/2 mil points. Not sure what to make of this reticle, as I have yet to shoot with it. It will focus down to about 5 yards.

The rubberized bra :-o caps are a new one on me, as is....

...the sunshade. Quite a bit of scope for the money. I think I paid about 58.00 u.s. for it before taxes and shipping. Feels like I got a bargain. Just have to shoot it and see what kind of zero it will hold.

More on this later, after I've sighted her in and shot with it...

Regards,

Sharptail look around on this site, some pretty good prices. I think their China knock offs , but a few friends have bought stuff and it appears to be the real thing.

I'd be careful on that site. They picture a Zeiss scope, and the actual product is Zeiss "airsoft" scope rings :-?

Mounted on one of my favorite pumper air rifles.

Very nice reticle in this. I think I've done well. It seems to hold a repeatable zero indoors.

Need time to give this scope the testing it deserves. Glass ain't half bad at all....

Will get some groups up with it later. Have to hit cabela's for some targ dots...

Doc Sharptail
