Yeah most are without scabbards.
If you can find one with a scabbard it usually commands a premium. Like 80 to 100-110. To me scabbards are not important (though I have a few) as I never leave any bayonet in a scabbard (to avoid rust). I just throw them in a corner (the scabbards I mean), might even sell them separately on the net someday. If I ever get round to taking pix that is ...
The "high ears" model bayonets are more scarce than the regular "Low ears", as they are pre WWI, not that many survived WWI and the smelters before and afterwards. These things are around a century old, have been used in 2 world wars, been abused as cutlasses by kids playing pirates in the woods or as farm implements; you're lucky to find one which has been hanging on grandfathers living room wall or has been in the attic since 1918 ... Also at the beginning of WWII all people in German-occupied countries were obliged to hand-in their weapons, including bayonets. A lot of otherwise nice stuff ended up being recycled for the German war effort or being re-issued to the German forces.
So whenever I encounter a decent looking butcher I feel obliged to save it
