The 7 for registration was a fix that we came up with on our own that has worked quite well. Yes it is a PIA for both you and administration to put you onto your chosen username. If you come back on and your login does not work retry with your username without the 7. Thanks for joining us from the administration.

Had a friend come over monday afternoon while I was out and left a box of stuff they had cleared from her fathers house told the wife they didn't want any of the stuff in it and thought I might have a use for it, if not just throw it away. In the bottom of the box was a brown Iver Johnson box with what looks like a complete Model 67 viking, have to sort through all the bits and bobs and see if everything is there and I can figure out what belongs attached to what.

Got it together but will not find out how well it shoots for a few days. All the parts were there with the exception of the rear sight adjustment screws, so rear sight can't be installed, found them on line and they are on order. I really would like to know why every screw was removed and all the parts put in a bag or in the box but the pistol was never cleaned after it's last shooting.

Is that a 22? Sure looks good all back together.Sometimes i think all new guns should come in pieces so if your not wise enough to assemble it you cant be doing stupid things with it. congrats on a nice revolver.

Not a bad idea actually. and yes it is 8 round .22 rimfire.

Got to the range over the weekend, it shoots pretty good for a freebe. Guess it can sometimes not be a bad thing for the wife to have gun disliking friends.
