no i think it has more to do with the strength of these reproductions , the other two guys both bought theirs in 38spcl , one was a short barrel the other long , the long one was really front heavy - way beyond anything i would ever get used to

I didn't notice it being front heavy or weird to hold. I just noticed the wobbly hinge and figured if it shot loose with .38spl what would it do with .45Lc. Anyway I lost the desire to own one and I'll continue my quest for the replacement of the 3 screw .41 Mag Blackhawk 45/8" that I sold to many years ago.

good choice , i never shot my 45lc enough to get it loose or even show any wear at all , sold as near new in the box , got most of my money back and decided no more impulse buys egged on by friends .....
