Got this in a trade with Comrade Artist ( thank yew vurry much, Mario!!! :bigrin:

)

I had a box o' 32 Short Colt on hand and after researching the dimensions, I concluded it was close enough for RR work. The boolets were a trifle too long, but a pair of side cutters soon fixed that.

What a mouse gun! :bigrin:

But fun!!! Shoots fairly close to the sights, too! I'm ordering dies and brass for it. 32 S&W short brass in unobtainium, but I can trim 32 S&W long to fit. Easy peasy!

32 Short Colt uses a heeled boolet, so the cases expanded. No splits.

The cartridge was a trifle too long, but that was easily cured.

....from what info I dug up serial# wise the pistol is about 111 years old
