Attention New Members and those new registering!
We had a lot of problems with spammers and bot attacks with the stock measures provided by the software. The 7 for registration was a fix that we came up with on our own that has worked quite well. Yes it is a PIA for both you and administration to put you onto your chosen username.
If you come back on and your login does not work retry with your username without the 7.

Whish the Colt didn't devour my whole budget :roll:
But I'll be hunting for smaller cheap stuff, those Russian guys always bring interesting items :bigrin:

Hogger if you really want one I know where one is that may be for sale, complete with tripod and I made a belt loading tool for it. It's rebarreled to .50BMG and made semi-auto. I'll try and get you a reallllly good deal on it.
The squills wouldn't stand a chance, and neither would the bird feeders.

Hogger it would probably be in that range as a complete setup. I fired a couple of rounds out of it, I like the Ma deuce a lot better.

I'm not too big on Russian non-disintegrating belts. It takes a while to clean my RPD belts before I load again. SW

I know what you mean about the belts. I actually designed a loader for the DShK belt, it's a one at a time deal but it sure saves on the thumbs and hands.
Way back when I had things that used the German belts, and those are an equal PITA to keep up with.
The way I did it was to take a coffee can and mineral spirits and agitate them in the can. Take out and either blow off with an air hose or just drip dry. When they were dry they would go into another can with some ATF and then set aside to drain off on some newspaper. Then wipe off before loading with a rag, then into the belt loader.
